FinTech in India today does not operate under one law. It operates at the intersection of RBI regulation, the DPDP Act, FEMA, and increasingly, questions nobody has fully answered yet, from crypto to AI governance.

This course is built for exactly that reality.

Across 8 live sessions, participants will work through the regulatory landscape of Indian FinTech, from payment aggregators and digital lending frameworks to the DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025, and how these frameworks intersect and sometimes conflict with each other.

The course moves into virtual digital assets, a practical drafting and advisory clinic reviewing real agreements and consent notices the way the FinTech and Data Protection Team at AZB & Partners does in practice, and closes with cross-border FinTech operations and market-entry advisory work.

This is not a survey of FinTech law. It is training in how to actually advise on it, spot the dual compliance conflicts, and draft the documents that matter.
