By enrolling in any SimuLegum course, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before enrolling. These terms exist to protect both you and the integrity of the courses we run with our firm partners.
SimuLegum and its law firm collaborators reserve full discretion over all aspects of a course, including content, assessments, scheduling, and internship selection. These decisions are final.
SimuLegum recommends top performers to its law firm partners. The final decision on internship selection rests entirely with the law firm. SimuLegum does not guarantee an internship placement as an outcome of course completion.
In the event of a tie among top performers, SimuLegum may conduct additional assessments to determine recommendations.
Session timings may change based on the availability of resource persons from partner law firms. SimuLegum will communicate any changes in advance.
SimuLegum is not responsible for postponements caused by the unavailability of law firm faculty. Every effort is made to minimise disruption.
Every course includes live sessions and presentation materials. Any exceptions to this will be communicated in advance.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
All course content, materials, and intellectual property belong to SimuLegum or its law firm collaborators. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course content in any form is strictly prohibited.
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform without refund.
SimuLegum and its collaborators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disruptions experienced while using the platform. All courses are provided on an as-is basis.
These terms may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review them before enrolling in any course. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All course fees are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances listed below. Where a refund is granted, the amount will not exceed 50% of the enrolment fee after deduction of payment gateway charges and applicable taxes.
Course cancellation — If SimuLegum cancels a course, you are eligible for a full refund.
Technical issues — If a verified technical problem prevents access despite our team's efforts to resolve it.
Duplicate payments — If you have accidentally paid twice for the same course.
