Assessment
Assessment Information: Timing: The assessment is timed. Duration is 1 hour (60 minutes). Once you click on "Start Quiz" the timer will commence immediately. You CANNOT PAUSE/STOP the timer once started. Question Details: There are a total of 31 (One question is divided into 2 parts and marks are divided by 2 also [1.5 marks each]) questions. Marks vary based on the difficulty level of each question. Please note that we have single choice, multiple choice and arranging in order - types of questions. For Multiple choice - you will see a check box to input multiple correct answers. Please note that for multiple choice type questions - even if any option is selected less or more as compared to correct options - the marks awarded will be ZERO. Marks category: 3, 3.5, 4.5 marks Total is 100 Marks. Submission Deadline: The assessment must be completed by April 2nd, 2024 by 10 PM. No further extension will be provided. Duration: The assessment is designed to be completed within 1 hour. It cannot be paused once started. Planning Your Time: Please ensure you have a full hour available before starting the assessment. Automatic Submission: Even if all questions are not answered, the assessment will automatically submit when the time is up. Final Marks: Please note that the "Total Marks" section on your result sheet is the final marks you have scored in the assessment. Skip Question: You can skip questions as well, however we would not recommend that. No Negative Marking: Please note there is NO NEGATIVE MARKING FOR SKIPPING A QUESTION OR FOR INCORRECT ANSWER. Hence we recommend that you attempt all the questions. We would recommend doing the Assessment on a Monitor/Laptop/PC/Computer. Passing Grade: Passing Grade is ONLY meant for a minimum passing marks in the Assessment. It is by NO MEANS an indication of internship allotment. Top Performers and Internship Allotment: The Top Scorers (Top 5) in the Assessment will be recommended for an internship with JSA. Please note that only law students/recent graduates, not working elsewhere, will be recommended for an internship. Questions - Hobb Knobb Architects, assets typically excluded from the liquidation estate, arranging in order question, slithering house, Krooke Brothers = 4.5 marks/each Questions - Glamorous clothing, Marvel Diagnostics limited, Mazda Pharma Limited, days to complete the corporate insolvency resolution process, IBCF - 3.5 marks/each Mahabharata Technologies (2 questions) - 1.5 marks/each Rest all the questions - 3 marks each Good luck!
